IBURIZ is a guide website that makes information about the Iburi region easier to find. This page explains what to check when using the service and how listed information is handled. No action to indicate agreement is required.

1. What to check before use

Using coupons：

No authentication is needed to view a coupon. Published coupons may be shown before their usage period starts. Check eligible products, dates and combination rules, show the screen to store staff, then press the use-coupon button. Authentication alone does not mark it as used. Each coupon can be used once per account. We cannot fully identify different accounts belonging to the same person. Do not repeatedly present a screenshot of a used coupon or press the button for purposes other than use at the store. Contact the operator if you press it by mistake. An administrator verifies and cancels mistaken use; the coupon can be used again within its usage period. The record proves only the button operation, not a visit, purchase or successful discount. The store makes the final decision on discounts and combinations at checkout.

Checking listed information:

Event dates and times, prices, event status, shop opening hours, stock and offerings may change. Before use, also check the latest information from official websites, organisers, shops and local governments.

Cancellation, postponement and change notices:

We display these event updates to the extent the operator has confirmed them. We do not guarantee that all changes will be reflected immediately.

External links:

You may be taken to external services such as Google Forms, LINE, shops, local governments, maps and social media. Content and handling of personal information at those destinations follow each provider's terms and policies.

Emergency use:

IBURIZ is not an official contact point for emergency reports, disaster information, medical consultations or administrative procedures. In urgent situations, contact the appropriate police, fire service, medical institution or local government.

2. Accuracy of listed information

We check content before listing, but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or currency. Where official information is available from a local government, public authority, organiser or shop, give priority to that official information.

3. Use of supplied materials

People requesting a listing are assumed to hold the necessary rights or permissions for the content, photographs, text, logos and other materials. Supplied materials are used within the following scope:

  • Display on IBURIZ listing pages, lists and search results.
  • Cropping, resizing, thumbnail creation and display adjustments to improve smartphone readability.
  • Display through LINE, social media and external entry points to direct users to listing pages.
  • Responding to correction requests, removal requests and rights checks.

4. Listing, corrections and removal

We review the content of requests for listing, correction or removal before responding. Information deemed inappropriate in light of laws, public order and morals, rights infringement, safety or the purpose of the service may not be listed, or may be changed or hidden after listing.

5. Disclaimer

We are not liable for damage caused by the use of IBURIZ, changes to listed information, use of external websites, event cancellation, postponement or changes, or errors or delays in listed content, except where the operator has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

6. Prohibited conduct

Sending false information, supplying materials that infringe third-party rights, obstructing service operations, and conduct contrary to law or public order and morals are prohibited.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
